Important things to be considered while troubleshooting
1.Check for the paper jam inside the service station area. (This is feedback was received from repair center.)
2.Paper stack –input tray 250 sheet capacity, output is only 150 sheets capacity
3.Pull paper tray out each time paper is loaded and ensure paper guides are secured against the paper.
1.When foreign material has fallen inside the printer, the symptom customer will see is: Paper jam or false paper jam error message, skewed paper pick or no media pick.
2.It is critical to check for foreign debris on every media path related issue mentioned above.
